SOUTH PRINCE GEORGE, VA – The Richard Bland College of William and Mary Men's Basketball team moves to 0-2 in conference play and 5-9 overall after they traveled to Bryant and Stratton of Virginia Tuesday evening.
The Statesmen struggled to find their groove early on in the game, trailing 48-29 at the half. The Bobcats continued to fight and would pull out the 94-57 win at the final buzzer.
Kelby Saunders Jr. and Jordan Morris had 11 points each while Saunders also added 5 rebounds for Richard Bland. D'Shun Edwards and Daquan Johnson garnered 8 rebounds each.
Richard Bland men's basketball next travels to USC Salkehatchie for a conference matchup, Friday January 14th at 7pm.
