The Lions return home after an 0-2 weekend in Virginia. Back To back losses against Bryant & Stratton (VA) 76-58 and Richard Bland College 72-45 now put the Lions at 3-6. Shooting 35% over the weekend averaging 51 ppg was not a recipe for success.
Jordan Foster and Tyron Bethea both recorded their first double-double of the season in the loss to Bryant & Straton. Foster had 10 points, 12 assist and a block while Bethea added 11 points and 12 rebounds with 2 blocks of his own.
Jackson Henry was the standout performer against Richard Bland scoring 18 points, 7-10 from the floor and 4-6 from three.
The Lions will play another back-to-back midweek at WVU Potomac State College on Tuesday the 13th at 6pm and Allegany College of Maryland at 12pm.
