Bio

Now entering his 3^rd season as Men’s VIT Assistant Coach, Coach Chicot looks to improve upon a 20-3 record 2018-2019 record.  This includes a 17 game win streak in his 2^nd season with the program.

Prior to coaching at Bryant & Stratton College, Chicot was an Assistant Coach at Portsmouth Christian School for 2016-2017.  Going into the season, they lost 8 seniors and with a young team, they were able to make it to the conference championship game and lost by 2 points to the State Champions runner-ups.

In addition to Assistant Coaching for the Bobcats, Chicot also manages and coaches for Boo Williams Summer League, which has been his passion for the past 9 years.  During his tenure with Boo Williams, he has had 75% winning record in every season and has won multiple championships.

Coach Chicot is a graduate of Springfield Gardens High School in Queens New York and a resident of Suffolk, Virginia for the past 17 years. He has 2 kids, daughter Ebony Chicot and a son Justin Chicot.  Ebony is a Johnson and Wales graduate and Justin attends James Madison University, graduating in 2020.
