BSC Men's and Women's Track & Field Debut at CNU
Newport News, VA– Bryant & Stratton College Men's and Women's Track & Field teams came out the gate strong this past weekend. The Track Competition was held at the Freeman Center on the campus of Christopher Newport University. Christopher Newport University, Hampton University, Old Dominion University, Virginia Wesleyan and Regent University were various school in attendance.
Over the course of the rainy Sunday afternoon, Men's weighted throw was the first field event of the morning, followed by Women's 5,000m running event at 11am.
The Bobcats ran in the Men's 600m, Women's 200m, Men's 400m and Men's 4x400 relay. Ezekiel Jones (400m) and the 4X400 relay team of Matthew Corrales, Kymal Williams, Ezekiel Jones and Jared Mudge set the bar high for the season. All coming in at 1st place in both events. BSC's season debut was praised by the Coaching staff and excited that this is only the beginning of the 2018-2019 inaugural season.

The Bobcats travel to Fairfax, VA next month, Saturday, January 5th at George Mason University for the George Mason Father Diamond Indoor Competition.
