After the Hurricanes scored one run in the top of the fourth, the Bobcats answered with one of their own when #24 Carlos Miranda hit a solo homer. #24 Miranda also led the Bobcats with two hits in three at bats and the Bobcats pulled away for good with four runs in the second inning.
#13 Devin Hicks started the game for The Bobcats, the pitcher surrendered one run on two hits over two innings, striking out two. #10 Daniel Dietrich Jr was credited with the victory for the Bobcats allowing three hits and one run over three and a third innings, striking out four. #35 Deven Shepard and #9 Sebastian Pagan entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief while #9 Pagan recorded the last out to earn the save for the Bobcats.
