The Bryant & Stratton Bobcats watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 13-3 loss to the Lackawanna College Falcons on Saturday Game 1.
#9 Sebastian Pagan took the loss for the Bobcats allowing six hits and six runs over two innings, striking out one and walking one.
The Falcons got on the board in the first inning when they lined out, scoring one run. The Bobcats struggled to put runs on the board and had a tough time defensively containing the Falcons, giving up 13 runs.

#48 Ashe Ammerlaan started the game for the Bobcats allowing two hits and three runs over two innings, striking out three, #12 Darian Fumero took the win for the Bobcats as he went four innings, allowing one run on three hits and striking out five & #25 Kade Burkovich threw three innings in relief out of the bullpen.
The Bobcats opened up scoring in the first inning when #23 Carlos Negron's sac fly scored one run. After falling behind by two runs in the top of the third inning, the Bobcats tied things up at three when #4 Juan Mejias singled on a 3-2 count, scoring one run in the bottom of the third.
The Bobcats pulled away for good with two runs in the fourth inning when #23 Negron homered on a 2-1 count, scoring two runs.
The Bobcats tallied three runs in the seventh inning, the batters contributing to the big inning included #4 Mejias and #13 Devin Hicks, all knocking in runs in the inning. The team smacked two home runs on the day. #23 Negron went for the long ball in the fourth inning. #24 Carlos Miranda had a four bagger in the eighth inning & tallied 12 hits on the day, #4 Mejias, #13 Hicks, and #21 Raphael Beltre each each collected three hits to lead the Bobcats.
The Bobcats tore up the base paths, as two players stole at least two bases, #13 Hicks led the way with three.
