Norfolk, VA — The 13-5 BSC Men's basketball team held off #5 Pitt Community College Sunday evening 75-65. BSC Men’s team is currently ranked #5 in the conference behind #1 Davidson County CC (17-1) and #2 Wake Technical CC (14-3).
Sophomore Darius Huff led the Bobcats defense with 16 points, twelve rebounds and one block.
Trailing at the half, Pitt Community College couldn’t gain the lead in the second half. The Bulldog's Matisse Edwards led the charge with 15 points and three steals.
The Bobcats returns to action for a mid-week matchup against Louisburg Community College. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. Wednesday evening.
