Coach Toukene Named "American's Greatest High School Coach of All Time 2006-2018"

Virginia Beach, VA - On Sept. 5th, Unity Day Festival selected Coach Claude Toukene as one of the recipients to receive "American's Greatest High School Coach of All Time 2006-2018". He was choosen based on his hard work, lifetime achievements and the impact he has made on the community.
