The Bryant & Stratton Lady Bobcats fell to the Southeastern Community College Rams 5-4 on Friday on the final play of the game.
#23 Alyssa Galvan was in the pitcher's circle for the Bobcats. #23 Galvan surrendered three runs on six hits over five and a third innings, striking out two and walking zero. #5 Kaitlyn Covey threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen.
The Bobcats fired up the offense in the first inning when #7 Asijah Hammons doubled on a 1-1 count, scoring one run. The Rams evened things up at four in the bottom of the seventh inning and the game would remain tied until the Rams were up to bat in the bottom of the eighth in which they would hit a solo homer to win.
The Bobcats totaled nine hits. #26 Madison Watkins, #12 Chloe Gust, and #2 I'yana Betts each racked up multiple hits for the Bobcats. #26 Watkins led the Bobcats with three hits in four at bats.

The Bryant & Stratton Lady Bobcats had all cylinders firing on offense on Friday, winning big over the Southeastern Community College Rams 9-2.
12 Gust pitched the Bobcats to victory allowing seven hits and two runs over seven innings, striking out seven and walking one.
The Rams got things started in the first inning whenafter a single on a 1-1 count, scored in one run. In the top of the second inning, the Bobcats tied things up at one when #9 Emily Edwards' sac fly brought in one run. The Bobcats pulled away for good with one run in the third inning when #7 Asijah Hammons hit a solo homer.
The Bobcats put up four runs in the seventh inning, multiple batters contributed to the big inning including #12 Chloe Gust, #21 Kira. Turner, and #11 Isabella Wren whom all drove in runs. The Bobcats hit two home run on the day. #7 Hammons had a four bagger in the third and fifth innings.
The Bobcats racked up 12 hits on the day. #21 Turner, #2 I'yana Betts, #7 Hammons, #12 Gust, and #00 Amhara Simmiolkjier each collected multiple hits for the Bobcats & the team was led in hits by #00 Simmiolkjier, #12 Gust, #7 Hammons, #2 Betts, and #21 Turner each with two.

7 Asijah Hammons got busy on the basepaths on Saturday, knocking four hits in the Bryant & Stratton Lady Bobcats 14-5 victory over the Brunswick Community College Dolphins.
#7 Hammons singled in the first, homered in the third, singled in the third, and homered in the fifth.

The Bobcats got things started in the first inning when #2 I'yana Betts homered on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring two runs. The Bobcats notched seven runs in the third inning driven by singles from #9 Emily Edwards, #20 Shayla Hurley, #2 Betts, and #7 Hammons and a home run by #7 Hammons.
The Bobcats smacked four home runs on the day. #7 Hammons had a long ball in the third and fifth innings, #11 Isabella Wren went for the long ball in the fourth inning, & #2 Betts went yard in the first inning.
The Bobcats collected 14 hits, #7 Hammons, #21 Kira Turner, and #2 Betts each had multiple hits for the Bobcats & #7Hammons led the Bobcats with four hits in four at bats.
The Bobcats also tore up the base paths, as two players stole at least two bases, #8 Isabella Johnson led the way with two steals.

#2 I'yana Betts would not be denied at the plate on Saturday, picking up four hits and leading the Bryant & Stratton Lady Bobcats to a 12-8 win over the Brunswick Community College Dolphins.
#2 Betts singled in the first, singled in the second, singled in the fourth, and singled in the seventh.
The Dolphins opened up an early lead in the second inning when they singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring three runs. The Dolphins scored five runs in the second inning, but the Bobcats still managed to pull out the victory.
The Bobcats took the lead for good with five runs in the fourth inning when #7 Asijah Hammons' sac fly scored one run for the Bobcats, #12 Chloe Gust doubled on a 1-0 count, scoring two runs, #11 Isabella Wren doubled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run, and #00 Amhara Simmiolkjier doubled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.
The Bobcats tallied five runs in the seventh inning. #20 Shayla Hurley, #26 Madison Watkins, #2 Betts, and #7 Hammons all drove in runs in the frame.
#10 Rachel Smith led things off in the pitcher's circle for the Bobcats allowing four hits and three runs over one inning.
