On Sophomore Night, the Lady Bobcats Head to Postseason with a Win Over Louisburg 3-0
Virginia Beach - Bryant & Stratton Volleyball team played a decisive game Friday evening against the #8 seed, Louisburg College. Going into the last home match-up of the season, BSC ranked one behind Lousigurg at #9. This match-up determined the Lady Bobcats would stay alive to see the postseason in three straight sets against Louisburg (25-17, 27-25, and 25-16).
The Bobcats were led by freshmen Rachael Humphreys with 16 kills and 5 digs, and Alani Qualls with 13 kills and 1 dig. Pre-game ceremony honored the sophomores as they looked to extend their season with a victory. Madison Lindstrom and Brianna Raisor, out with a concussion, accompied by their family members received flowers, framed jerseys and flowers from each teammate.
Next up: The #8 Bobcats head to Wake Tech to take on #1 Catawba in the first round playoffs. Date and time TBA. Congratulations Coaches and Team!!!!
